are useful for land that is yet to be developed, for whatever reason
the developer needs a facility on the site for a period of time this can usually be for 1-3 years.
Land bank loans can be useful in the following situations:
- Development Approval not in place
- No pre-sales
- Amalgamation with other sites
- Not the right time for the type of project
- Rezoning not currently in place

- LVR is dependent on location
- Loan can be 100% of the purchase price
- Equity release
